European PlayStation Video Store Launch Event
It’s official folks! The European PlayStation Video Store will be launching in France, Germany, Spain and the UK soon. Sony is holding a special launch party tomorrow (Wednesday, November 18th 2009), which we’ve been invited to. The launch event is being held in London, though we cannot reveal the exact location.

MLB and Lucasfilm Join US PlayStation Video Store
This week, Sony reports the launch of several new partners on PlayStation Network that offer even more downloadable entertainment and sports from PlayStation Video Store. Lucasfilm Ltd. adds Star Wars: The Clone Wars, a CGI animated TV series set in the fictional Star Wars galaxy to the store and MLB content has also been added for baseball fans.
PlayStation Video Store Update for Oct 30th 2009
This week on the US Video Store you can find Orphan, The Proposal, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, and Battlestar Galactica: The Plan. In addition over 50 horror titles have been added to the Halloween House of Horror Featured Collection, just in time for Halloween. The top movie downloads this week are:

Video Store for Europe Coming November
This year at GamesCom, SCEE announced the latest addition to the PlayStation entertainment experience – the PlayStation Network video delivery service. The service will be launching in France, Germany, Spain and the UK this November, allowing movie fans to download the latest releases straight to their PlayStation 3 and PSP for viewing at home or on the go.
