Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 6 will be receiving a free update in December, which will address concerns reported by players since the game’s release. One of the changes includes Ada Wong’s campaign being playable from the start, instead of having to unlock it by completing the campaign using the other playable characters.
New PS3 games are available in Europe this wee, including 007 Legends and Killzone HD. Gamers can also find a new demo, a number of PS Vita games, and two new PlayStation Mobile titles. You can also find DLC content, avatars and more on the PlayStation Store.
The PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale beta goes public on the North American PlayStation Store this week, while new games including Medal of Honor Warfighter and Killzone HD are now available to download. The Unfinished Swan is also available to download, along with lots of DLC, themes, videos and other content.
This week on the (redesigned) European PlayStation Store you can again find a number of new PS3 titles, including Doom 3 BFG Edition and Sleeping Dogs. New PlayStation Plus content is also available, including early access to The Unfinished Swan and beta access to PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
Sony’s new PlayStation Store is now live on the PS3, requiring a 26MB update. The updated store, which was first revealed last week, takes a little longer to load up, but certainly makes a huge difference is both visual appearance and functionality. We’ll be uploading a video of the new Store in action shortly.

There is also a plethora of games available to download this week, with 8 new games added to the store, as the release of the Assassin’s Creed Collection. New games include Dishonored, Joe Danger 2: The Movie and Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise.

This week both NBA 2K13 and Resident Evil 6 are available to download on the PlayStation Store in North America, while new games have been added to the pre-order list. Sonic Adventure 2 and NiGHTS Into Dreams are also available to download today. For PS Vita owners, New Little King’s Story is now available for download, along with a bunch of newly compatible PSone classics.
