This week on the PlayStation Store, Europe has received a huge update with lots of special offers, game add-on content and the first episode of FirstPlay. The final three episodes of Blue Toad Murder Files is now available for purchase in Europe and you can also download the 2010 FIFA World Cup demo from both the US and European Stores. Finally, the last episode for The Tester is also available for download from the US store.
This week on the PlayStation Store, not a lot of new content is available. Two new games are available to download in Europe and one new minis title is also available. New game add-on content is available to download for The Eye of Judgement Legends and a free LittleBigPlanet theme is available too. The US has a large selection of videos, and only one new downloadable title and minis title too.
This week on the PSP Comic Store the first set of Manga comics hit the store. Hideyuki Kikuchi’s Vampire Hunter D Vol 1 is now available to download. You can also find Zombies Vs Robots with the first issue of a 4 part series: Aventure and Markosia’s Ritual. Finally we see the return of the extremely popular Atomic Robo from Red 5 and more Amazing Spider-Man from Marvel.
If you can’t get enough of MAG, you’ll be happy to know that you will be able to personalize your Home Personal Space and Avatar with furniture and costumes from the game. You can find the Ballistic Armour set for S.V.E.R., Reinforced Composite Armour for Raven, while for Valor there’s the Reinforced Fibre Armour. Also available for each faction are a Footlocker and Lamp or Light Fixture.
The UK PlayStation Store has been updated a bit later than usual this week due to the Easter holidays. On the store this week, you can find a total of five new titles to buy and five new titles to rent. In addition, the April Foolishness Sale is still on so be sure to check out the available titles, starting from £5.99.
Currently on the PlayStation Video Store, over 30 hysterical movies and TV Shows are available at a reduced price in the April Foolishness Sale. For the UFC fanatics who wants to watch the knock out from UFC 111’s Shane Carwin vs. Frank Mir fight again, can do so now on the Video Store. In other TV news, another thrilling show to watch, ABC’s V returns from its hiatus as Episode 6, Welcome to War, reveals a little bit more about the Visitors…creepy!
For the movie watchers, you can find two family favorites with Alvin & the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel (available to own in HD) and Old Dogs (now available to rent). And finally, below you can check out the trailer for Sherlock Holmes which is available on PlayStation Store weeks before some of those other video services. Enjoy!
If you would like to keep Linux and the OtherOS option open on your PS3 and have not yet updated to the latest firmware update, you can continue to use the PSN services through a cleaver hack. The hack doesn’t require any hardware modifications to your console and does not void your warranty – it simply tricks the console into thinking there is no update available.

The Namco Museum Essentials demo and full game is available to download or purchase in Europe, as well as the Warhawk Dynamic Theme.
This week in PlayStation Home, fans of Star Wars and Ghostbusters have something to look forward to. A number of Star War themed content will be available later today, from a selection of t-shirts and caps to a full Stormtrooper, Clone Troopers and Imperial Officer costumes. In addition, you can also purchase a black lightsaber and some furniture for your personal space.
