US Video Store Update for April 30th 2010
This week’s US PlayStation Store features Showtime’s United States of Tara: Season 1, exciting episodes from Bleach-The Entry, and the last week of discounted episodes for Drawn Together Season 1, 2, and 3. You can also find a free episode from Season 1 and 2 of Party Down and a unique recap of the popular show V from the ‘Free TV’ section.

This week on the PlayStation Store, there’s not a lot available on the European Store. 2010 FIFA World Cup is available to purchase from both stores and Europe has a new minis title, which the US has six new titles. The US Store also has a selection of premium XMB themes and the European store has a new playable demo. Check out the list of new content below.
PlayStation Store Update for April 29th 2010
This week on the PlayStation Store, there is lots of new content for you to enjoy over the weekend. The Wakeboarding HD demo is available to download in Europe and the US, and there is also lots of new game add-on content for titles including Dante’s Inferno, Blue Toad Murder Files, Guitar Hero and more. The US Store also has a selection of new premium XMB themes and some free wallpaper.
VidZone Update
Now that VidZone has been patched to include VidZone TV, this week’s update includes a list of new content you can find. The new VidZone patch includes improved search function, in-store game purchasing, a snazzy new main menu carousel and 100s of brand new TV channels. Check out what’s new this week below.
UK PlayStation Store Update for April 26th 2010
This week we see another big update to the UK PlayStation Store. There are a total of 26 new movies to rent and over 30 new movies to own. Some of the highlights this week include the record-breaking Avatar, comedy Blue Streak and 007’s previous outing Casino Royale. Check out the list of new movies below.
New Version of Media Go Announced
Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced a new version of the Media Go software for the PC, bring the current version to v1.40. The free application allows users to manage their PSP and PSPgo systems as well as access the PlayStation Store to download games, videos and other content.
US PlayStation Video Store Update for April 23rd 2010
This week on the US Video Store, Sony have a new Deal of the Week, featuring movies and TV shows with an Action theme. Ronin, Poseidon, Sum of All Fears, Nowhere to Hide and action-packed episodes of Drawn Together, How The Earth Was Made, and Life After People are just some of the titles in this collection, available for up to 50% off. And finally, James Cameron’s Avatar is now available to own in HD too!

Settings
- You can now select [PC] as an option under [Remote Play Settings] > [Register Device]. When you select this option, you will be able to use the remote play feature to operate your PS3 system from future models of the VAIO PC. Details of this feature will be announced on the official VAIO website at vaio.eu/playstation in May 2010.
- [Bitstream (Direct)] and [Bitstream (Mix)] have been added as options under [Video Settings] > [BD Audio Output Format (Optical Digital)].
- 3D stereoscopic games are now supported. At the time of the system software release, there are no 3D stereoscopic games available for the PlayStation 3 system. The release of 3D stereoscopic games will be announced at a later date. If the TV in use supports 3D stereoscopic display, the screen from which you can set the TV size will be displayed when adjusting the video output settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to adjust the settings.
Game
- You can now sort your trophies by the game title or by the date earned.
- Names of trophies that you have not yet earned are now displayed as [Hidden Trophy] instead of [???].

This week on the PSP Store, a number of games have been reduced on the European store. On both stores there are a number of new downloadable games available for purchase and new minis titles – the US has five new minis titles available for purchase.
