While not the announcement many were hoping for, Sony has officially revealed the PS5 logo during it’s CES 2020 press conference. The logo follows a similar style to the PS3 and PS4 logos, using the same font.

PS4 Sales Reach 73.6 Million Units Worldwide

Sony has released the latest sales figures for the PS4 following the holiday season. Up to 3rd December 2017, 70.6 million PS4 were sold, but as of 31st December 2017, this figure now stands at 73.6 million units. During the holidays, which Sony categories as 20th November 2017 to 31st December 2017, 5.9 million PS4 consoles were sold.
Sony: Over 70 Million Active Users on PlayStation Network Per Month

A recent report from Sony has revealed that there are over 70 million monthly active users (MAU) on the PlayStation Network, with approximately 26.4 million PlayStation Plus subscribers. As for this year’s strategy, Sony is looking to sell a total of 78 million PS4s, and further increase PSN subscribers.
