Sony has updated the PlayStation Store listings for three old PS3 games, indicating that the online functionality will be going offline on this month. The servers for Warhawk will be shutdown first, which will go offline on 15th October 2018, followed by PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale and Twisted Metal on 25th October 2018.

NBA 2K13 Online Servers Being Shut Down End of the Month
2K Games has announced that the servers for NBA 2K13 will be shut down at the end of the month, on March 31st – 18 months after the game released. The announcement was made on Twitter, with confirmation that players won’t be able to use the online features or play ranked games after the shutdown.
Gran Turismo 5’s DLC will be Removed from PlayStation Store
Following the shutdown of Gran Turismo 5 servers in March 2014, Polyphony Digital has revealed that all DLC for the game will also disappear from the PlayStation Store on April 30th 2014. While the purchasing options will be removed, the DLC will still be accessible through your download list if you’re previously purchased it, letting you download and re-install should the need arise.
Reminder: MAG and SOCOM Servers Shutting Down End of January
We would like to reiterate that Sony is shutting down servers for a number of PS3 games at the end of the month, disabling online gameplay. As of January 28th 2014, you will no longer be able to play MAG, SOCOM: Special Forces or SOCOM: Confrontation online. MAG and SOCOM: Confrontation and both online only titles, so both of these will become completely unplayable.
SOCOM and MAG Multiplayer Servers Shutting Down in January 2014
Sony has revealed that servers for several of Zipper Interactive’s games will be shutting down in the new year. Zipper Interactive were the developers behind games like SOCOM and MAG on the PS3, and Unit 13 on the PS Vita, and was shut down by Sony in March 2012. In the past, Sony has already shut down servers for a number legacy titles on the PS2 and PSP.
Metal Gear Online is Shutting Down
Konami has announced that Metal Gear Online will close its doors on June 21st after four years of service. The game made up the multiplayer component in Metal Gear Solid 4. At one point, the game has around 1.3 million users, but numbers have obviously shrunk over the years.
