Evolution Studios has now confirmed that more servers are now available to handle the number of players trying to play DRIVECLUB online. Frankly, increasing the number of servers available should have been done far sooner than now. The studio also says that more server updates are incoming to further improve performance.

What they’re not doing is increasing the number of servers they’re running to allow more gamers to connect.
NBA 2K13 Online Servers Being Shut Down End of the Month
2K Games has announced that the servers for NBA 2K13 will be shut down at the end of the month, on March 31st – 18 months after the game released. The announcement was made on Twitter, with confirmation that players won’t be able to use the online features or play ranked games after the shutdown.
Reminder: MAG and SOCOM Servers Shutting Down End of January
We would like to reiterate that Sony is shutting down servers for a number of PS3 games at the end of the month, disabling online gameplay. As of January 28th 2014, you will no longer be able to play MAG, SOCOM: Special Forces or SOCOM: Confrontation online. MAG and SOCOM: Confrontation and both online only titles, so both of these will become completely unplayable.
Resistance and Gran Turismo 5 Servers Closing Down in March 2014
In March, all three Resistance games and Gran Turismo 5 will be losing their online functionality as Sony will be shutting down the game servers. The Gran Turismo 5 servers will be closing down on March 20th 2014, followed by the Resistance servers eight days later, on March 28th 2014. Its odd that Sony would shut down the GT5 servers so soon after the release of GT6, but makes sense for the Resistance games.

Square Enix has chosen to temporarily halt sales of the digital download version of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn as they work to enhance their online server capabilities. The game has proved to be highly popular and was met by an “overwhelming positive response” from users, causing game-wide server issues.
