The Last of Us Remastered for the PS4 was finally given a confirmed release date at Sony’s E3 Press Conference yesterday. The game will be available in stores and digitally on July 29th 2014, complete with additional content. In addition to announcing a release date, Naught Dog has also released a full 1080p trailer rendered at 60fps.
Square Enix has today announced that Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX will launch on December 2nd 2014 in North America, and December 5th 2014 in Europe, exclusively on the PS3. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is a HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix and the cinematics from Kingdom Hearts Re:coded.
The release date for DRIVECLUB on the PS4 has finally been revealed. The game was originally expected to be a launch title, but was later delayed to give the game an extra layer of polish. Several months on, a release date has finally been revealed: October 7th 2014.
The Official PlayStation Page for Greece on Facebook has accidentally revealed that the next major firmware for the PS4, version v1.70, will be releasing next Wednesday, 30th April 2014. The Facebook post has since been deleted, but not before we were able to snap a screenshot of it.
Contrary to yesterday’s article, Ubisoft has officially revealed that Watch_Dogs is coming to PS3 and PS4 on May 27th 2014. In addition to revealing an official release date, Ubisoft has also released an all-new story trailer.
Watch_Dogs has been delayed for quite some time now, after missing it’s original launch window back in November 2013 when the PS3 launched in North America and Europe. However, Sony has updated the release date on the North American PlayStation Store to show a June 30th release date.
The PlayStation Wireless Stereo Headset 2.0 was expected to release in Europe around two weeks ago, but branded as the “Gold Wireless Stereo Headset”. Warner Bros. Interactive has announced that Batman Arkham Origins: Blackgate is making the transfer to home consoles, after originally releasing on PS Vita and 3DS. The console version, dubbed the Delux Edition, will be releasing on the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, as well as PC on April 2nd and it will be priced at £15.99.
Bethesda has revealed that Wolfenstein: The New Order will be coming to PS3 and PS4 this May, marking the first PS4 game for the company. The game will be releasing on Friday, 23rd May 2014, and pre-orders will come with beta access for the next Doom game. The game was developed by MachineGames with deep game narrative packed with action, adventure and first-person combat rendered in stunning detail with id Software’s id Tech 5 engine.
