Sony stopped uploading comics to the PSP Comic Store in July last year, but it looks like the entire service will be shutting later this year. If you have any comics on your account, you should back them up to your computer using the MediaGo program before they are removed from the Store.
Mass Effect 3’s new demo is launching later today on the PlayStation Network in North America, and coming to Europe tomorrow. Mass Effect 3 plunges you into the boots of Commander Shepard, a decorated marine and war hero, as players lead the charge in an all-out galactic war against a nearly unstoppable foe.
It appears the re-release of the original Killzone for the PlayStation 3 will no longer be happening. The announcement was made via the official Killzone twitter account. The original game was scheduled for release on the PlayStation Store back in January 2012, but now appears to be “delayed indefinitely.”
The Simpsons: Arcade Game hits the PlayStation Network tomorrow (free for PlayStation Plus subscribers). You can expect more PlayStation Network maintenance this week, starting on Thursday (February 2nd 2012). The network will be down between 14.00PM until 08.00AM on Friday 3rd of February. As usual, all PSN services will be unavailable during this time. Users who attempt to sign in after maintenance begins may receive the site notification page.

Sony have launched two college sports applications on the PlayStation Network today to complement your sports entertainment experience. Through the XOS College Sports and SEC Digital Network applications, PS3 users now have access to a customizable college sports platform to stream current and classic content on-demand, and make the PS3 the first and only gaming console to offer these applications.

Jurassic Park: The Game takes players back to Isla Nublar – the site of Jurassic Park – during the events of the first movie.
