The list of new games heading to PlayStation Plus in October 2018 has been revealed. Six new games will be available to subscribers on Tuesday, 2nd October 2018, which includes Friday the 13th and Laser League on the PS4. Be sure to grab September’s games before they are removed from the store.
The European PlayStation Store has been updated with over 25 new PS4 games and a couple of new PS Vita games. New games this week include FIFA 19, Tekken 7, Jack N Jill and more. This week’s update also includes lots of new add-on content for various PS4 games.

Sony has announced that PlayStation Now users will be able to download games to their PS4, on top of being able to stream them over the internet. The feature is gradually rolling out to users starting today, and will be available to all users soon. One of the advantages of downloading a PlayStation Now title is that you don’t need PlayStation Plus to play online.
Just over six weeks after the release of Episode 1, Telltale Games is releasing the second episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season. The upcoming episode is titled ‘Suffer the Children’, and will be available on all supported platforms on 25th September 2018. Checkout the trailer right here.

PS4 Firmware 6.00 was officially released today, following several weeks of beta testing. However, the new update doesn’t include any major changes or new features, which is unusual for a major release as the version number would indicate. The changelog reveals only system performance improvements.
The FIFA 19 demo is now available to download for the PS4 via the PlayStation Store. The playable demo included 10 of the biggest clubs in the world, and lets you experience the updated Kick-Off mode. FIFA 19 included the UEFA Champions League, and you’ll see this in the demo too. The North American PlayStation Store Charts have been released, detailing the top selling digital titles in August 2018. On the PS4, Madden NFL 19 was the top seller, followed by Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition.
