CE-32928-4 occurs when trying to download content that has already previously started. The error occurs when the previous download failed, and the system attempted to download the same content again. To fix the issue, go to [Notifications] > [Downloads] and retry to download the failed content.

Using AVerMedia C281 Game Capture HD with the PS4

The AVerMedia C281 Game Capture HD device uses a component connection (Y-Pb-Pr) to record gameplay and provide a passthrough connection to a TV, as such, it’s incompatible with the PS4, which uses HDMI only. Sony Recommends a 5 Mb/second Internet Connection for PlayStation Now

PlayStation Now is set to change the way we game when it releases in North America later this year. As long as your Internet connection is up to the task, you’ll be able to stream PS3 titles to your PS4 and PS Vita. In an interview with Polygon, Sony recommends a minimum 5 Mb/second connection to use the service.
EU PlayStation Store Update for January 8th 2014

New content is available on the European PlayStation Store today, with a number of new games for the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita. On the PS4, Don’t Starve: Console Edition is now available and free to download if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber. Six new games are available on the PS3 and three new titles on the PS Vita.
CES 2014: PlayStation Now Hands On

Following Sony’s announcement of PlayStation Now yesterday at CES 2014, a number of hands-on videos have appeared on YouTube showing the service in action. Leveraging Gaikai’s advanced cloud streaming features, the hands-on video below shows Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us (PS3) running on a PS Vita, and God of War: Ascension (PS3) bring streamed to a PS3.
PS4 Launch Increased PlayStation Plus Subscriptions by 90%

The PS4 has been a success for Sony is many ways. Not only has it outsold the Xbox One with over 1.2 million more units sold, Sony has also revealed that PlayStation Plus subscription are up 90% since the next-gen console launched. The increase in subscriptions is largely due to PlayStation Plus being required for online gaming on the new console, although it’s not required by all games.
US PlayStation Store Update for January 7th 2014

New content is now available on the North American PlayStation Store, including Don’t Starve (PS4), Tiny Brains (PS3, cross-buy), and Furmins + Bonus World (PS Vita). Don’t Starve has also been added to the Instant Game Collection if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, along with DmC (PS3).
PS4 Detects PS3 Discs, But Not PS2 or PSOne

I find it strange that Sony has gone through the trouble of letting the PS4 detect PS3 discs inserted into the system, instead of just showing a generic “Unsupported disc” error message. I did a small experiment to see how the PS4 would handle PS3, PS2 and PSOne discs and what I found was a little surprising, as the video below shows.
CES 2014: Sony Sold 4.2 Million PS4s in 2013

Earlier today at CES 2014 in Las Vegas, Sony’s Andrew House revealed that the company sold 4.2 million PS4s world wide as of December 28th 2013. The PS4 outsold the Xbox One by 1.2 million units, with Microsoft confirming that 3 million Xbox Ones were sold in 2013 in its 13 launch territories.
PlayStation Now Streaming Service Coming to US This Summer

At CES 2014 in Las Vegas today, Sony announced a new service called PlayStation Now (PS Now). PS Now will lets gamers stream popular hits and classic games from the PS3 library, first on PS4 and PS3 systems, followed by PS Vita using Gaikai technology. In addition to PlayStation platforms, most 2014 US models of Sony’s BRAVIA TV lineup will support PS Now.
