Sony has released a new minor firmware update for the PS4, updating the system software to v8.52. The update is a minor one, with the release notes indicating that the only change is improvements in “system performance”. The update doesn’t contain any new features, and is around 482 MB in size.

Following news of the return of Cyberpunk 2077 to the PlayStation Store, a new patch for the game has been released across all supported platforms. The update a number of issues and improves many of the game missions, as well as making further improvements to stability and performance.

Ubisoft have released a new patch for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, updating the game to v1.2.2, which is available to download right now. The update is roughly 5 GB on the PS5 and anywhere between 5 GB to 13 GB on the PS4, depending on region. The update includes new game content as well as improvements and bug fixes.
