New content has been added to the European PlayStation Store today, bring new titles to the Instant Game Collection for the PS3 and PS Vita. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is now available to pre-order, while Tomb Raider Definitive Edition is now available for the PS4.
Gran Turismo 6 on the PS3 has been updated to version v1.04, adding a number of new additions to the game, including new cars and the 2nd half of the Red Bull X Challenge. One of the new features is a Birthday Present – you’ll get a in-game car from your birth year within a week of your birthday, and it’s yours to keep forever.
New content is available on the North American PlayStation Store, with Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition now available on the PS4, and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII available for pre-order on the PS3. New PS3 and PS Vita games are available too, along with new DLC and PlayStation Plus content.

Mojang has revealed that the PlayStation 3 edition of Minecraft has sold over one missions units on the PlayStation Store since it’s release on December 18th 2013. The game racked up a million sales within in five weeks – an impressive feat for a downloadable title. The game is yet to be released on PS4 and PS Vita.
New PS3, PS Vita and PS Mobile games are available on the European PlayStation Store this week, including Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z (PS3, PS Vita), Grid 2 Reloaded (PS3) and OlliOlli (PS Vita). You can also find a playable demo for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII and a selection of new DLC for various PS4, PS3 and PS Vita games.
New DLC is heading to The Last of Us next month, and Naughty Dog has released a new trailer and interview this week. The “Left Behind” DLC is a story-driven epilogue that is set before the events of the main game and focuses on Ellie and her older and arguably wiser friend, Riley.

Eurogamers reports that Sony has developed new PS3 hardware to provide the PlayStation Now service coming to North America this Summer. In addition, leaked slides and Eurogamer’s sources confirm that the service will also be coming to Europe, but not until early 2015. Sony’s engineers have managed to shrink the equivalent of eight PS3s onto a single motherboard, housed in a slimline server cabinet.
HBO CEO Richard Plepler has announced that HBO and PlayStation have partnered to offer the popular HBO GO app on the PS3, with a PS4 version to follow. Gamers with an HBO subscription will have unlimited, on-demand access to HBO shows like Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire and True Detective on their consoles with the HBO GO app.
