As the PlayStation Vue service draws to a close at the end of this month, YouTube TV has officially launched on the PS4 in the States. The YouTube TV app is available to download from the PlayStation Store, and comes with a free trial.

Sony to Shut Down PlayStation Vue in the US
Sony has announced that it will shut down the PlayStation Vue service on January 30, 2020, which was first launched in the US over four years ago. PlayStation fans will still be able to access movie and TV content through the PlayStation Store on PS4 and via the various entertainment apps on the PS4.

Sony has announced that the cost of PlayStation Vue’s multi-channel plans are set to increase starting 24th July 2018. The four plans: Access, Core, Elite and Ultra; will each go up by $5 per month, and will come into effect for current subscribers by the end of the month. The price increase does not affect the add-on and standalone channels.

Sony has launched PlayStation Vue – it’s new live and on-demand TV service – in a few select cities in North America. Currently only available in Chicago, New York City, and Philadelphia on the PS4 and PS3, Sony is working hard to expand the service to more cities.

Sony has announced a new TV service called PlayStation Vue, which will be cloud based and allows people to watch catch-up and on-demand programmes. The TV service will will store episodes of most popular shows for three days after first airing, with your favourite shows available for up to 28 days.
