This week on the US PlayStation Store, you can find a number of Comic Book inspired movies in the Features Collections section. You can also get 50% of a number of new releases including We Were Soldiers, Hunt for Red October, Enemy at the Gates, K-19: The Widowmaker, and Uncommon Valor. Exciting episodes of Combat Zone, Weaponology, Top Sniper, and Iron Man: Armored Adventures are also on sale.
This week’s US PlayStation Store features Showtime’s United States of Tara: Season 1, exciting episodes from Bleach-The Entry, and the last week of discounted episodes for Drawn Together Season 1, 2, and 3. And finally, James Cameron’s Avatar is now available to own in HD too!
Time for this week’s US PlayStation Video Store update. This week’s Deal of the Week (up to 50% off!) has a RACING theme, so check out Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Rick Bobby and Driven. New to the Store is Marvel’s Ironman Extremis and there is a free episode of the new CMT series, Danger Coast. Finally, the HD version of the full UFC 112 event is coming to PlayStation Store on Saturday.

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is now available to own in HD, and for a limited time when you purchase the trilogy in HD by 4/15 you’ll get the exclusive Lord of the Rings dynamic theme as a gift. The UK PlayStation Store has been updated a bit later than usual this week due to the Easter holidays. On the store this week, you can find a total of five new titles to buy and five new titles to rent. In addition, the April Foolishness Sale is still on so be sure to check out the available titles, starting from £5.99.
Currently on the PlayStation Video Store, over 30 hysterical movies and TV Shows are available at a reduced price in the April Foolishness Sale. For the UFC fanatics who wants to watch the knock out from UFC 111’s Shane Carwin vs. Frank Mir fight again, can do so now on the Video Store. In other TV news, another thrilling show to watch, ABC’s V returns from its hiatus as Episode 6, Welcome to War, reveals a little bit more about the Visitors…creepy!
For the movie watchers, you can find two family favorites with Alvin & the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel (available to own in HD) and Old Dogs (now available to rent).
