New content is available on the US PlayStation Store this week, with Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation HD now available to download on the PS3 as well as the Guacamelee! Bundle Fantastico. BioShock Infinite has also been added to the Instant Game Collection.
If you haven’t already picked up Guacamelee! on the PS3 or PS Vita, you’ll be happy to know that Drinkbox Studios will be releasing a new bundle to the PlayStation Store next week: Guacamelee! Bundle Fantastico. The bundle will include a number of extras including DLC content, the soundtrack, avatars and XMB themes.
SCEA is hosting a 14 for ’14 sale on the PlayStation Store, staring tomorrow, offering gamers massive discounts on 14 PS3 and 14 PS Vita games to celebrate the New Year. The 28 games will be discounted by up to 50% off, and up to 75% off if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber. You can pickup games like Killzone Mercenary (PS Vita) for $9, or Puppeteer (PS3) for just $7.
Following suit after SCEE, SCEA has released it’s own PlayStation Store charts for December 2013, revealing the top selling PS4, PS3 and PS Vita games. On the PS4, Call of Duty: Ghosts was the top selling game with the PS3 digital upgrades program, but Battlefield 4 came out on top overall, not including digital upgrades. As for the PS3, new release Minecraft: PlayStation 3 Edition was the top selling title.
SCEA have released the PlayStation Store Chart for December, revealing the top downloaded games on the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita. On the PS3, Minecraft: PlayStation 3 Edition shot to the top of the chart after just 13 days on sale, while FIFA 14 climbed to 1st place on the PS4 chart, pushing down Battlefield 4 to second.
New content is available on the European PlayStation Store today, with a number of new games for the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita. On the PS4, Don’t Starve: Console Edition is now available and free to download if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber. Six new games are available on the PS3 and three new titles on the PS Vita.
New content is now available on the North American PlayStation Store, including Don’t Starve (PS4), Tiny Brains (PS3, cross-buy), and Furmins + Bonus World (PS Vita). Don’t Starve has also been added to the Instant Game Collection if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, along with DmC (PS3).
The US PlayStation Store has received a moderately small update this week, with just a handful of new games and DLC content. Zen Pinball 2 is now available to download for the PS4 and Sonic All-stars Racing Transformed has been added to the Instant Game Collection. You can also find new DLC for games including GTA V (PS3), The Playroom (PS4) and The Walking Dead Season Two.
Little has been revealed about The Last Guardian since it was first announced back at E3 is 2009, though we know the game has faced delay after delay. There have been rumours that the game may never be released, but a new listing on the European PlayStation Store has restored faith, at least for the time being. The product details on the game are vague, revealing neither the platform or release date for the game.
Lots of new content has been added to the PlayStation Store in Europe this week, with three new PS4 games, 12 new PS3 games and nine new PS Vita games. New games include Backgammon Blitz (PS4, PS Vita), Minecraft (PS3) and the first episode of Broken Sword – The Serpent’S Curse (PS Vita).
