A number of games will be removed from the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog, including Watch Dogs, Watch Dogs 2 and Deathloop from PlayStation Plus Extra in September. But, fourteen new games were added to the Game Catalog in August 2023, which are available to download and play now.

The PlayStation Store on the PS3 will close as of 2nd July 2021, which means gamers will no longer be able to purchase digital games on the console.
