New content has been added for PlayStation Plus subscribers this week, which includes LittleBigPlanet 3 (PS4), Not a Hero (PS4) and four other games in Europe and North America. Asia’s update has also now gone live, and arguably includes better games that the Western update. Asia received two PS4 games in the February update, including LBP3, and Housemarque’s Alienation.

Sony has revealed the six new games coming to PlayStation Plus in February 2017, which include LittleBigPlanet 3 (PS4) and Not a Hero (PS4). The new games will be available to download on 7th February 2017, which is also when January’s games will be removed. The line-up is exactly the same for both North America and Europe. Sony Cancels PlayStation Exclusive TV Series Powers after Season 2
Sony’s PlayStation Plus exclusive TV series, Powers, has been canceled after just two seasons. Based on the comic of the same name by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming, the show revolved around a special police department known as the Powers Division which investigated crimes caused by those with super abilities.
SCEA Increases Price of PlayStation Plus In North America
In an unusual move, SCEA has announced that the cost of PlayStation Plus will be going up in North America, starting from 22nd September 2016. In the first major price increase for the service, the cost of PlayStation Plus will go up from $49.99 USD / $49.99 CAD for a 12-month subscription to $59.99 USD/ $69.99 CAD. Prices for 3-month and 1-month subscripts are also affected.
