Mark Cerny has provided some clarity on just how the mandatory game installations on Sony’s upcoming PS4 console will work. As you may have already read, games will install large amounts of data to the PS4’s hard drive, but Cerny has clarified that all games will install data, but it won’t be deleted automatically.
Mark Cerny’s talk about the “Road to PS4”, which took place at the Gamelab conference in Barcelona yesterday is now available to view on YouTube. In the talk, which was streamed live yesterday, Cerny talks about how the PlayStation platform has evolved over the years, and how the PS4 compares to the previous PlayStation consoles.
The annual Gamelab conference got underway earlier this week in Barcelona, Spain, and today, PS4 system architect and Knack creator Mark Cerny will be holding a live talk in less than a hour.
