PlayStation Network is offline for scheduled maintenance from 17:00 until 19:00 on Thursday 8 September 2011, BST. The PlayStation Store and other network services will be down for the two-hour maintenance window. If you wish to play online during the maintenance, please ensure you sign in to PSN before 17:00 on Thursday 8 September 2011.
PlayStation Network is offline for scheduled maintenance from 16:05 on Thursday 11 August 2011 until 02:00 on Friday 12 August 2011, BST. During the maintenance period, you won’t be able to connect to the PlayStation Network, however, if you sign-in before, you can continue to play online.
As you may know, the PSN services have been down for the past few days now meaning no online gaming over the Easter weekend. Sony have released an update on the issue, indicating its a problem with the network infrastructure. Sony are working around the clock to restore service, but it could be a few more days before the PSN is up again.
The PlayStation Network has been down since Wednesday, for what seems like some unscheduled maintenance work. However, it now turned out that the PSN was hacked so Sony took measures to protect the network by shutting it down to investigate the intrusion. Sony has today released an official statement about the downtime.
The PlayStation Network is wil be going offline for scheduled maintenance from 16:05 on Wednesday 9 March 2011 until 03:00 on Thursday 10 March 2011, GMT. During this maintenance, you can continue to collect in-game trophies and these will be updated on your profile once PlayStation Network is back up and running.

In addition, you will not be able to sign in to PlayStation Network from eu.playstation.com. PlayStation Network will be offline later today for scheduled maintenance from 16:00 until 00:30 on Friday 29 October 2010, BST. During the maintenance window you will be unable to access PlayStation Network services on all devices and play games online, unless you sign-in before the maintenance period.
