Guerrilla Games have announced the first DLC for Horizon: Forbidden West, which will see Aloy travel to the wilds of Los Angeles. The expansion pack, titled Burning Shores, will be exclusive to the PS5 version of the game and available in April 2023.

Sony’s Summer Sale on the PlayStation Store is in full swing, with more titles added to the sale earlier this one. One of them is Guerrilla Games’ Horizon Forbidden West. This is the first time the PS4 and PS5 game has been discounted, since it was released back in February 2022.

Last week, Sony revealed the special editions for Horizon Forbidden West, which included limited options for a free PS4 to PS5 upgrade if you purchased specific editions. Sony has now U-turned on decision and will offer a free PS5 upgrade for all editions of the game, following criticism from gamers.
