Lots of new content has been added to the PlayStation Store in Europe this week, with three new PS4 games, 12 new PS3 games and nine new PS Vita games. New games include Backgammon Blitz (PS4, PS Vita), Minecraft (PS3) and the first episode of Broken Sword – The Serpent’S Curse (PS Vita).

Backgammon Blitz, Zen Pinball 2 and Pinball Arcade Coming to PS4 Tomorrow
The PS4 is receiving a steady stream of new games, with at least three new titles available on the PlayStation Store tomorrow, including Backgammon Blitz, Zen Pinball 2 and Pinball Arcade. Backgammon Blitz will be releasing on both the PS4 and PS Vita tomorrow, for just £4.99/€6.19. Zen Pinball 2 is a port of the PS3 / PS Vita versions, but will allow you to import your existing DLC to the new version for no charge (compatible tables only).
PlayStation Plus Titles Revealed for January 2014
Sony Europe has revealed the PlayStation Plus line-up for January 2014, which includes a PS4 title, two PS3 titles and two PS Vita titles. New PlayStation Plus content will start to appear on the Store from December 24th 2013, starting with the PS3 and PS Vita titles. DmC (PS3), Borderlands 2 (PS3), Soul Sacrifice (PS Vita) and Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend (PS Vita) will be added to the Store in December, followed by Don’t Starve (PS4) in January.
PS4 Web Store Now Available Across Europe
PS4 games are now available for pre-ordering via the web version of the PlayStation Store, ahead of the console’s launch this Friday. There are 19 games already up for purchase, with everything from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag to free-to-play title Warframe. If you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you can also add Resogun and Contrast to your download list for free (even if you’re not getting a console at launch).
PS4 Launch Day Events around Europe and the PAL Region
The PS4 releases in Europe this Friday, November 29th 2013, and Sony has a number of launch events planned across the PAL region. The console launches in 20 countries on Friday, with a further 10 getting the console on December 13th. Sony has 16 launch events planned, with retailers also expected to hold their own events in each. For those in the UK like us, the PlayStation Lounge will be open from 7.00pm on November 28th, and will have hundreds of PS4s available for purchase.
Tiny Brains Launching on PS4 in December
Spearhead Games has announced that their upcoming PS4 co-op puzzler Tiny Brains will be releasing in North America and Europe in December. Tiny Brains is a quirky, social, cooperative, action puzzler, which follows four tiny lab animals – a rabbit, a mouse, a hamster, and a bat – each of whom has been so extensively experimented on as to develop cool psychic abilities.
EU PlayStation Store Update for November 20th 2013
New content is available on the European PlayStation Store this week, with nine new PS3 games and 2 new PS Vita titles to enjoy. New PS3 games include Need For Speed Rivals, free-to-play title Ridge Racer Driftopia and Stick It To The Man. You can also find new DLC for a number of new pS3 games.
European PS4 Launch Trailer
With well over a week to go until the PS4 releases in Europe, Sony is rubbing salt in the wounds of European gamers by releasing the official European launch trailer for the console, featuring references to a number of titles. If you look closely, you’ll see references to Knack, Killzone: Shadow Fall, inFamous: Second Son, DriveClub, Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed IV and The Order 1886.
EU PlayStation Store Update for November 13th 2013
Lots of new games are available on the European PlayStation Store this week with Ratchet and Clank: Nexus, Lego Marvel Super Heroes and XCOM: Enemy Within available to download this week, to name a few. A couple of new PS Vita titles are also available to download, along with lots of new DLC content.
Six New Games Coming to Instant Game Collection in Europe this December
Sony has revealed that six new games are joining the Instant Game Collection in December, including the first two titles for the PS4. Starting on November 27th, two PS3 and two PS Vita titles will be made available on the PlayStation Store, while the two PS4 titles, RESOGUN and Contrast will be available to download on November 29th 2013 – the day the PS4 launches in Europe.
