Deal 5 of 12 is now live on the PlayStation Store, giving you discounts of up to 40% on Battlefield 1 (depending on which edition you purchase). The standard version of Battlefield 1 is available to purchase for £32.99, while the Delux Edition is £42.99. The Ultimate Edition is available too. The fourth deal for Christmas is live on the PlayStation Store, giving you over 40% off The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. The digital version of the game is discounted to £17.99 for the next 48 hours, saving you well over 60%. PlayStation Europe is once again holding it’s annual 12 Deals of Christmas promotion, and it starts today with a great deal on Rise of the Tomb Raider on PS4, and Buy One Get One Free deals on lots of games until 23rd December 2016. New deals will be added to the promotion every 48 hours, replacing the last one, so be sure to check what’s on offer every couple of days.
Sony has announced that the PS4 sold over 5.7 million units in the run-up to Christmas in 2015. As of January 3rd 2016, this means that 35.9 million PS4s have been sold worldwide. Sony also revealed that PlayStation Plus membership has increased by 60% compared to the same period last year.
