The UK, Europe and Rest of the World are set to get the PS5 in just a few days, on 19th November 2020. While launch day pre-orders have been sold out for months, Amazon UK has confirmed that further stock will be available on launch day.

In line with the US, Amazon UK is updating its Prime subscription and removing the £2 pre-order discount that was available on physical games. The guaranteed £2 discount will come to an end on 7th August 2018, but until then, any game pre-orders will still get the £2 discount.
Amazon Rebranding LOVEFiLM to Amazon Prime Instant Video
Amazon has announced that it is changing the name of LOVEFiLM Instant to Amazon Prime Instant Video in the UK. The change will affect mainly Amazon Prime customers, with existing LOVEFiLM customers seeing only a change in branding. For Amazon Prime customers, it means the membership fee will jump from £49 to £79 (when it’s up for renewal), but will get access to Amazon Prime Instant Video for free as a return.
Amazon UK Launches PSN Store
Amazon UK has launched a PSN Store on their website, allowing you to purchase PSN Codes for various content, including digital games, add-on content, top-ups and PlayStation Plus membership. The offerings are limited at the moment, but hopefully it means gamers will be able to purchase digital content at sightly lower prices that what the PlayStation Store currently offers.
Amazon UK Sending Out PS4 Bundle Emails to Pre-Order Customers
Following the announcement of launch day PS4 bundles by Sony, Amazon UK has started sending out emails to pre-order customers allow them to upgrade their package to one of 6 bundles. The bundles differ slightly from the ones GAME are offering, and range from £389 to £489.
Amazon Sees Record Breaking Pre-Orders for Next-Gen Consoles
Amazon is reporting record-breaking number of pre-orders for upcoming next-generation consoles since E3 2013, with a 4,000 percent increase compares to last year. At it’s peak, Amazon reported that pre-orders for the PS4 and Xbox One exceed 2,500 unites per minute.
Amazon Lists God of War: Ascension Collector’s Edition
The US Amazon site has a listing for the unannounced God of War Ascension Collector’s Edition of the game. The collector’s edition is listed for $79.99 and includes lots of extras for the $20 difference in price compared to the standard edition, including a DLC pass for future content and a Kratos statue.

PSN Codes Now Available At Amazon
Sony has announced that Amazon will start selling digital access codes for more than 200 PlayStation Network games and game-related content for the PlayStation 3 and PSP. You can start redeeming codes right now from Amazon.com, and use them to download content for the PS3 or PSP systems with US PSN accounts. The codes will stay in the customer’s Your Games & Software Library so you can retrieve them at a later time if needed.
