This week on the US PlayStation Video Store you will find the First Season Summer Sale, offering your favorite episodes for just 99 cents. The sale ends September 17th, so head to the Video Store soon to revisit how your favorite shows began. Also, this week SCEA are offering the new comedy series Community on the video store one week prior to its network TV premiere.

While sitting around the sewer watching television, Raphael, Donatello, and the crew witness a giant android ripping the Statue of Liberty from the ground, terrifying hundreds of tourists. Use pizza power-ups and huge body slams to make your way backwards and forwards through history in an attempt to restore peace to the Big Apple.
PlayStation Store Update For Sep 10th 2009
This week on the PlayStation Store, four new demos are available to download on the European PlayStation Store including FIFA 10, Fat Princess and LittleBigPlanet. A free dynamic theme is also available to download in Europe and you can also purchase the LittleBigPlanet and MotorStorm dynamic themes. The US has received four new demos too, including TMNT: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled and the full game. Check out what’s new below.
UPDATED: Free Batman: Arkham Asylum DLC Coming September 17th 2009
If you have been playing Batman: Arkham Asylum recently, you may have noticed the news ticker that runs along the bottom of the main menu. The current headline mention free downloadable content coming for the title later this month. However, details on what the downloadable pack will contain have not been revealed. In additions, it isn’t clear if the DLC will also be exclusive to the PlayStation 3, like the Joker DLC pack.

- [Group Content] has been added to the options menu.
You can now select either [By Expire Date] or [All] as the method for displaying content that is saved on Memory Stick™ media.

SingStar Game Space Coming on Sep 24th 2009
The SingStar Rooms for PlayStation Home, originally announced at GamesCom, will be launching in Europe later this month, according to Elliott Linger, Product Manager for PlayStation Europe. When you strut into The SingStar Rooms the dancefloor will react to the shapes you throw and the type of music will change based on what style the majority of avatars are dancing to. Therefore, if you all do the ‘Rock’ dance, the music will take a rockier edge.
VidZone Update For Sep 10th 2009
In addition to the exclusive Editors video this week, VidZone has been updated again. This week’s Artist of the Week for UK, Germany, France and Australia is Shakira and her latest single “She Wolf”. For Ireland, Italy and Spain, the Artist of the Week is Sean Kingston and his latest tune “Fire Burning.” Lots of new playlists have been added to VidZone too, including Music from Adverts and Remember These Hits?.
Free WipEout HD Theme For Europe
Today on the PlayStation Store, European games have a little surprise waiting for them. A WipEout HD dynamic XMB theme is available to download for free due to SCEE’s delay in releasing dynamic themes last week. You can also purchase the LittleBigPlanet and MotorStorm dynamic themes from the PlayStation Store. Finally, everyone who’s updated to Firmware 3.00 can enjoy the dynamic theme for free.
Sony Advert Promotes PlayStation 3 3D
Earlier this month we reported on 3D support coming to the PlayStation 3 in 2010 along with Sony’s new 3D range of Bravia TVs. Sony has now created a commercial showing off what’s to come in 2010. The commercial shows WipEout HD playing in 3D, though the actors are wearing 3D glasses. Our earlier report stated that the new Bravia TVs would be autostereoscopic, for which you do not need 3D glasses.
