Celebrate Valentine’s Day in PlayStation Home

PlayStation Home is being updated this week to include some Valentine’s Day content, including an update to the SingStar Game Space and new t-shirts. Also, the Audi A1 will be revealed this week on the Audi Space, where the currently locked showroom will open it’s doors for the first time.
Bad Company 2 Getting Launch Day DLC
Battelfield: Bad Company 2 is set for release on March 2nd 2010 in North America and Europe a few days later, on March 5th 2010. In addition, DICE will also be releasing two exclusive downloadable content packs on launch day, both for free. The game will have an in-game store when you can download the content from. “I think people will be thrilled to see what’s in [the store]. On day one, you will get some really cool stuff,” said senior producer Patrick Bach in an interview.
Yakuza 3 Premium Edition & Extras Announced
Yakuza 3 hits shelves on March 12th 2010, and will be available as a premium edition. The premium edition will come with exclusive downloadable content, a 31 track soundtrack set and a Yakuza Who’s Who; a fully animated guide as to how all the characters are connected and who turned from rivals to allies.
More Final Fantasy XIII Details
If you missed the interview we posted yesterday with Final Fantasy XIII’s producer, Yoshinori Kitase, and director, Motomu Toriyama, here is what you’ve missed. First off, there is still no word on a English demo of the game, more specifically they “haven’t decided whether to make a demo available yet.” If you are wondering about how long the game is, you can expect to spent 50-60 hours on the main story.
The Sims 3 Coming to PS3
According to EA’s Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2010 Report, The Sims 3 and other titles are coming to the PS3. Aside from the usual titles expected from EA, including Need for Speed and Tiger Woods PGA Tour, which are scheduled for Q1 Fiscal Year 2011, EA is expecting to release The Sims 3 in Q3 of 2010. No details about the game has been released yet.
Uncharted 2 Soundtrack Now Available In Stores
If you can’t get enough of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, you can now get the soundtrack for the game. You can download the album through iTunes or purchase the physical disc from retail stores across the US and internet retailers. The CD version of the soundtrack also includes three previously unreleased tracks (listen to the previews below).
