To celebrate the release of Iron Man 2 this week, Paramount Pictures International and AUDI AG will be launching a brand new Iron Man mini-game located in the Audi Space. You will have the chance to throw on the Iron Man suit and pilot your way through a tricky skyscraper obstacle course, picking up arc reactors and dodging the mines to power your way onto the leaderboard.
Split/Second Demo Heading to PSN May 11th 2010

Disney and Black Rock have released a demo for Split/Second on Xbox Live earlier today and it will soon be heading to the PlayStation Network too. Unfortunately, the demo is available exclusively to Xbox Live until May 11th 2010, which is when it will be released on PSN. The full game will be available to purchase later in May, with the North American release slated for May 18th and May 21st in Europe.
FirstPlay Episode 4 Details

The fourth episode of FirstPlay hits the PlayStation Store this Thursday, and its packed full of more HD content then you can shake your controller at. This wee you will find HD footage of Gran Turismo 5, a look at future with PlayStation Move, and preview of Alpha Protocol. This weeks PlayStation Network feature includes a guide to not losing horribly at Super Street Fighter IV.
UK PlayStation Store Update for April 26th 2010

This week we see another big update to the UK PlayStation Store. There are a total of 26 new movies to rent and over 30 new movies to own. Some of the highlights this week include the record-breaking Avatar, comedy Blue Streak and 007’s previous outing Casino Royale. Check out the list of new movies below.
New PS3 Slims 200g Lighter, 15% More Efficient

Remember the new PS3 Slim models we wrote about a while back? The new models are 200 grams lighter than the first model thanks to smaller parts and a reduction in the size of the graphics chip. Sony has reduced the size of the RSX graphics processer from its previous 65 nano-meters to just 45nm.
Final Fight: Double Impact Introduces New DRM Measures

Final Fight: Double Impact was released released on the PlayStation Store two weeks ago and introduced a new digital rights management (DRM) measure on the PlayStation Network. However, they didn’t do a very good job of communicating the requirement to users until this week. Capcom issues an apology, not for the restriction, but because they didn’t do a good job of telling people that there was one.
ModNation Racers Trophies

With the ModNations Racers release only week away, the trophy list for the game has been leaked. The game has a total of 48 trophies, with 7 secret ones. Of those that are revealed, you have 3 Gold, 6 Silver, 31 Bronze, and of course, the Platinum. Check out the list of trophies below.
Disgaea 3 Getting Trophy Patch

NIS America has confirmed that the European version of Disgaea 3 is finally getting a trophy patch. In addition, NIS America has also revealed that the patch will be retroactive so some trophies will automatically unlocked, providing the requirements are met, once the patch is installed. If you are lucky, you may not have to play through the game again.
Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse Review

Sam & Max return for a third season of fun with The Devil’s Playhouse, and the first episode (of five) is now available to download from the PlayStation Store. Each month, a new episode will be released each complete with its own story. Sam & Max is an adventure game with a ’70s B-Movie feel to it. Despite the game being in the third season, you don’t need to have any knowledge of the duo before jumping right into the game.
How 3D Works on the PlayStation 3

Firmware 3.30 turned on 3D game support on the PS3 this week, but there are no 3D games current available. Digital Foundry have done some investigation into how the technology works on the console, starting with how Sony translated WipEout HD from 2D into 3D. In short, many games need to scale down the resolution and reduce the frame rate.
