Last week we reported that disc-free Netflix will be arriving later this month, but now Sony has announced the you will be able to stream Netflix disc-free from next week. Starting Monday, October 18 you’ll be able to instantly watch movies and TV shows without inserting an instant streaming disc into your console.

Surround Sound System for PS3 Available Next Week
Back at E3, Sony revealed an all-in-one Surround Sound System for the PS3 with built-in subwoofer. The device will be available to purchase next week in the U.S. and Canada. You’ll be able to enjoy immersive audio by simply placing the Surround Sound System in front of the television and connecting it to the PS3 system with the optical digital cable.
Gran Turismo 5 Delayed Again
SCEA has just confirmed that Gran Turismo 5 will not make the previously announced release date of November 2nd 2010. However, Sony is expecting the game to be released sometime this year over the Holiday season. The reason for another delay was not detailed, except that development team want to make sure the game delivers the perfect racing experience.
Digital Comics Update for October 13th 2010
On the PSP Comics Store this week you can find a brand new Transformers series, Transformers: Drift, and more Y: The Last Man with issue #9 out this week. DC’s brilliant series Sandman also continues with issues #4 and #5. And Batman fans can find three nice additions this week: Batman #676 and #677 and Superman/Batman #32.
