David Jaffe has officially announced the release date for Twisted Metal. The game will be available on February 14th, 2012 in North America for the PS3. Not really what we call a perfect gift for Valentine’s Day, but hey, whatever rocks your boat!

Sony Releases PSP-E1000 Technical Specification

Sony has released the official system specifications of its upcoming budget-priced PSP model, the PSP-E1000 series. The devices was announced last week at Gamescom 2011, and will retail for just €99.99. In order for Sony to offer such a low price, the PSP-E1000 doesn’t include several features, including Wi-fi and stereo sound.

Earlier last week, we posted a video of the PlayStation Vita OS in action, recorded at Gamescom. This time, it looks like Sony has released some official screenshots of the OS, showing exactly what you can expect from the new interface. You make already know that the XMB will no longer be used in the upcoming portable console. Instead, Sony has developed a completely new OS.
Resistance 3 Trophy List

Resistance 3 is out in just a few weeks – on September 8th 2011, to be specific. For you trophy hoarders out there, Insomniac have revealed the trophy list for the game. The game has a total of 59 trophies, including the coveted Platinum trophy. The list can be found below, but be warned that the trophy names and descriptions contain spoilers to the game.

This new model’s aim is value for money, retailing at just €99.99 (RRP), accompanied by an exciting range of PSP Essentials titles that will retail at only €9.99 (RRP).

Despite the anti-spying systems at gamescom, someone has managed to sneak out a video of the PlayStation Vita’s user interface. The video shows that the interface can be navigated using the somewhat unresponsive touch screen (which isn’t good for Sony), but lets hope its better once the final product is released.
