Public Beta codes for Starhawk will be included in Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception when the game is available next month. However, the Open Beta won’t start until Early 2012, but in the meantime, a closed beta is planned, starting in November. Warhawk players will be receiving closed beta invitations via email in waves to access the Starhawk private beta.

Episode 5 of Access is now online and available right here for your viewing pleasure. This weeks episode includes EA’s eye-meltingly beautiful first-person destruct ‘em up, Battlefield 3. Battlefield 3 Open Beta Recap

PS3 Firmware v3.73
A new firmware update was released yesterday, bringing the current system software to version v3.73. In order to download PS3 system software version 3.73, you will need a minimum 186MB of free space on either the PS3 Hard Disk Drive (System Update) or on removable storage media.

PlayStation Store Now Available on Sony Tablet S
The official PlayStation Store for PlayStation Certified devices launches today. It is available immediately on Sony Corporation’s “Sony Tablet S.” At launch, 10 PSone games will be available on the PlayStation Store for €4.99 / £3.99 each. A great line-up of PSone classics and favourites will be available on the PS Store for PlayStation Certified devices at launch.
PlayStation Vita Launch Date Confirmed for US And Europe
Sony’s Playstation Vita has long been slated for a December release in Japan, but Sony has just announced at the Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco that their new portable will be hitting shelves in North America and in Europe on February 22 2012. We already knew the PSVita was expected in early 2012, but it’s good to get a confirmed date.
