The Australian Classification Board have rated an ‘Expendables 2’ game which will be published by Ubisoft, giving the game a ‘MA 15+ Restricted’ rating due to the strong violence in the game. It’s unclear which platforms the game will be available on, but the rating did mention an online component to the game.
Something that is very unheard of in the UK is top executives turning down bonuses if the company they run fail to meet targets or yield a profit. Whereas in Japan, Sony bosses, including Sir Howard Stringer and Sony President, Kazuo Hirai, are turning down they bonus to help the company through troubled times.
John Koller, Sony’s head of hardware marketing, was interviewed by Kotaku regarding the PlayStation Vita. He talks about the Vita’s success and how Sony want to avoid making the same mistake with the new console as they did with the PSP. However, it does seem Sony is just repeating what happened…
Sony first announced the Slim PS3 back in August 2009 at German trade show Gamescom. It is 32% smaller, 36% lighter and consumes 34% less power that the previous model. That was three years ago with the PS3 now being 6 years old. Gamescom is just around the corner, so could Sony be planning to release a even thinner PS3 Slim console?

Announced at E3 2012, the Assassin’s Creed 3 PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3 bundles are now available for pre-order online. The PS3 bundle costs $299.99 and will include a black 320 GB PS3 and Assassin’s Creed 3 on Blu-ray. The Vita bundle costs $249.99 and include a white PS Vita system, a 4 GB memory card, and Assassin’s Creed 3: Libreration on card.
When it was first launched back in 2010, Final Fantasy XIV for PC was criticized by players and the media, and eventually the planned PS3 version was postponed. Since then, Square Enix decided to reshuffle the leading developers of the game. Version 2.0 of the game will mark a new beginning for the game with it launches this Winter, alongside the PS3 version, hopefully.
New footage of Quantic Dream’s Beyond: Two Souls has emerged, showing off more of the game, the amazing graphics and some more gameplay. The video is different to the one shown at E3 so it’s worth taking a look if you want to see more of the game. The game feels very similar to Heavy Rain, especially with all the raining…
