Sony has released the final Evolution of PlayStation video, this time taking a look at Games that has made the brand famous. The video talks about Gran Turismo becoming one of the most famous driving simulators, but also name-drops LittleBigPlanet, Flower, Journey and other PlayStation exclusives.
US PlayStation Plus Update for February 19th 2013

New PlayStation Plus content will arrive on the PlayStation Store in North America tomorrow, including new additions to the Instant Game Collection. PS3 title Vanquish will join the collection along with PSP / PS Vita title Mega Man Maverick Hunter X, both of which will be free to download if you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber.
PlayStation Evolution: Next Generation

The the PS4 reveal just a few days away, Sony has released another PlayStation Evolution video focusing on the current console – the PS3. First revealed at E3 2005, the 2 minute video focuses on all the advances the PS3 made over the years, including the mainstream adoption of Blu-ray, HD gaming and the launch of the PlayStation Network.

Sony continues to hype up the ‘Future of PlayStation’ event this week by releasing a second video in the PlayStation Evolution series. This time around, the video focuses on the PS2 – the best selling console of all time. Released in 2000, the PS2 incorporated a DVD drive allowing users to not only play game, but also watch DVDs on their consoles.
Second PS4 Controller Image Reveals Headphone Jack

A second image of the rumoured PS4 controller has leaked, giving credibility to the first image leak. The new image shows the new controller at a different perspective, and reveals a headphone jack on the underside of the controller. The image also shows the controller is slightly larger than the current DualShock design and indeed has two buttons on either side of the touch pad.
Sony Looks Back at the History of PlayStation with “PlayStation Evolution”

With Sony’s ‘Future of PlayStation’ next week, Sony is taking a look back at the History of PlayStation with a new series of videos, titled PlayStation Evolution. The first video takes a look at the original PlayStation, which was released back in 1994 in Japan – the first console for Sony, and the start of famous franchises such as WipEout, Crash Bandicoot, and Gran Turismo.
Rumor Alert: PS4 Controller Leaked

A leaked image of the PS4 controller has been floating around since yesterday, probably from a PS3 Dev Kit, showing an early proto-type of the new controller expected to replace the DualShock. The new controller suggests Sony will be incorporating PlayStation Move and a touch pad right inside the controller. The new controller also reveals a redesigned D-pad and analogue sticks.
Superbot to Reveal More All-Stars Battle Royale DLC in March

Despite Sony and Superbot Entertainment parting ways, the developer is still working on DLC. The developer has confirmed that “development and support on All-Stars is nearly wrapped” but the next batch of DLC won’t see its release for “several more weeks,” after which Sony’s Santa Monica Studio will take over development.
The Last Guardian Still In Development According to Fumito Ueda

Despite leaving Team Ico and Sony, Fumito Ueda, has confirmed that The Last Guardian is still in development and he remains under his creative supervision. Ueda revealed the news via an update to his website, saying that “while it’s been a long time coming, The Last Guardian remains under [his] creative supervision and is still in development by an incredibly talented team.”
EU PlayStation Store Update for February 13th 2013

New content has been added to the PlayStation Store in Europe this week, including a number of new PS3 and PS Vita titles. You can also find new DLC, including the first batch of DLC for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. New PS3 games, PSP games and other DLC is available too.
