Following yesterday’s interview of Jim Ryan by the Metro, Sony has made a statement regarding the PlayStation Plus Edition of DRIVECLUB, which was delayed after the game suffered server issues at launch. Sony has said that they are continually working on improving the server capacity to allow the launch of the PS Plus edition.
Metro Interview with SCEE CEO Puts Doubts on DRIVECLUB PS+ Release

The Metro Newspaper today published a interview with SCEE CEO Jim Ryan about the recent quality of PS4 games, including DRIVECLUB and Assassin’s Creed Unity. In the interview Ryan was asked about the PlayStation Plus Edition of the game, which is long overdue, but his response has cast doubts on the game.
The Order: 1886 Debuts at Top of UK Games Chart

The Order: 1886 appears to be doing well (at lease in the UK), with the game debuting on top of the UK’s game chart after being releasing last Friday. The game’s sales over the three days was enough to beat both Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and push last week’s top seller, Evolve, down to third.
PS4 System Software Ver. 2.04

Earlier this week Sony released a minor firmware update for the PS4, updating the system software to v2.04. The firmware update is mandatory and weights in a just under 300 MB. If you haven’t booted up your console in the last few days, you’ll be promoted to install the update when you do.
EU PlayStation Store Update for February 18th 2015

The Order: 1886 Launch Trailer Released

Tomorrow, The Order: 1886 will finally launch around the world. Developed by Ready at Dawn and SCE Santa Monica Studio, the game is exclusive to the PS4 and set in an alternative reality London. The launch trailer for the game has been released today, giving you a taste of what to expect tomorrow.
Project CARS Delayed Yet Again

Project CARS has been delayed yet again according to Slightly Mad Studios. The game was originally set for release in November 2014, but was delayed to March 20th 2015. It has now beed delayed again, but only by a few weeks. The reason for the second delay is to make “final adjustments in the game”.
US PlayStation Store Update for February 10th 2015

New content is available on the US PlayStation Store this week, with five new PS4 games, four new PS3 games and three new PS Vita game. New games include Evolve (PS4, including day-one DLC), Minutes (cross-buy with PS Vita) and Super Stardust Ultra. You can also find new pre-orders and new titles on PlayStation Now.
PlayStation Plus Multiplayer Open Weekend Starts This Friday

If you have a PS4 but haven’t purchased a PlayStation Plus subscription, you’ll be happy to know that Sony is having a Open Weekend this week. The Open Weekend begins on 13th February at 6.00am GMT/7.00am CET, and will give you free access to online multiplayer with compatible games.
PSN Maintenance Scheduled for Thursday, 12th February 2015

Sony has announced that the PlayStation Network will be undergoing scheduled maintenance this Thursday, 12th February 2015 for approximately three and a half hours. The maintenance will begin at 5pm GMT / 9am PST and will last until 8:30pm GMT / 12:30pm PST.
