Naughty Dog has released another patch for Uncharted 4, and have confirmed that more fixes are being worked on to fix further issues encountered by gamers. Patch v1.03 includes mainly multiplayer fixes, but it does fix some single-player crashes and a few other glitches.
New content is available on the US PlayStation Store this week, including a number of new games and add-on content. The most notable additions this week include PS4 exclusive Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Doom. Apart from some DLC, this week’s update is rather light on content. Insomniac Games’ latest release, Ratchet & Clank (PS4), has gotten off to a great start according to April’s PlayStation Store chart. It was the fastest selling game in the series to date, and topped the PS4 downloads chart, with other new comer, Dark Souls III, coming in third.
New content is available on the European PlayStation Store this week, with the biggest releases being Uncharted 4 (PS4) and Doom (PS4). In total, you can five new games for the PS4 and and new title for the PS Vita. New DLC can also be found for a selection of PS4 games.
An exclusive UEFA Euro 2016 PS4 bundle will be releasing next month, and will be available at selected retailers across Europe. The bundle will come with a 500GB PS4 console, two DualShock 4 controllers and a physical copy of PES 2016 with downloadable UEFA Euro 2016 cup mode included.
No doubt many of you are already enjoying PS4 exclusive Uncharted 4 today, but if you have yet to receive (or purchase) your physical copy of the game, don’t forget to download the day-one patch. The patch is just under 5GB in size and includes bug fixes, the multiplayer mode and lots of bonus features.
May’s PlayStation Plus games are now live on the PlayStation Store, adding six new games to the Instant Game Collection. Notable games this month include Dictator Sim Tropico 5 (PS4) and platformer LocoRoco Cocoreccho! (PS3). The six new games are available to download in North America and Europe.
EA have revealed that for the next two weeks you will be able to download and play Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 for ten hours for no charge. The offer available across all three platforms, and PlayStation 4 owners can download the trial from the PlayStation Store.
New content is available on the European PlayStation Store this week, with a massive 18 new PS4 games and bundles available to download, including the new Ratchet & Clank, Invisible, Inc. and more. You can also find four new PS3 games and a couple of new PS Vita games.
PS3 Firmware update 4.80 is available to download. The minor update improves system performance, likely in relation to newly released games for the console. There hasn’t been a major firmware update for the PS3 in years, but at least bugs are still being addressed.
