New content has been added to the European PlayStation Store today, with 18 new PS4 titles and three new PS Vita titles added. You can download the Ghost Recon Wildlands beta, and have it pre-loaded ready for the beta which starts on Thursday, 23rd Feb 2017. Other new titles include Ys Origin and Warhammer Quest. PlayStation Plus Open Weekend on 17th February in US, Next Week in Europe
Sony has announced a free PlayStation Plus multiplayer weekend, where anyone without a PlayStation Plus subscription can play online for a limited time. In North America, it starts at 12:01 AM Pacific on 17th February, and runs until 23rdFebruary at 11:59 PM Pacific. In Europe, it starts next week from 10am on 22nd February.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Releasing in June 2017
Crash Bandicoot fans out there will be happy to know that the PS4 remaster has a official release date. Activision has confirmed that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will be releasing on 30th June 2017 in both Europe and North America. The original games have been remastered, with every level recreated as accurately as possible.
Ghost Recon: Wildland’s Open Beta Starts on 23rd February
Ubisoft has announced that there will be an open beta for Ghost Recon: Wildlands, starting next week, but only running for a few days. The beta will start on 23rd February 2017, and will run until the 27th. The beta will be available to download from Monday 20th February, so it can be installed ahead of start date.
Sony Closing PlayStation Now On All Devices Except PS4 and PC
Sony has today made a rather shocking announcement – it is to close PlayStation Now on all supported devices except the PS4 and PC after “thoughtful consideration”. From 15th August 2017, PlayStation Now will no longer be usable on the PS3, PS Vita and PS TV, and all supported TV models. A selection of TV models will lost support at early as 15th May 2017.

Rocket League Gets PS4 Pro Support Next Week
Psyonix has announced that Rocket League will be getting a patch next week, which adds PS4 Pro support to the game. The patch will allow the game to run at 1080p with 60fps on a standard PS4, and in 4K at 60fps on the PS4 Pro.
The Walking Dead Season 3’s Third Episode Coming in March
Telltale has revealed that the third episode of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier will be releasing in March, although an exact release date has yet to be confirmed. The new episode is titled “Above The Law”, and those with a season pass will be able to download this episode for free.Read More
PAL PlayStation Store Chart for January 2017
Following the release of the US PlayStation Store Chart for January, Sony Europe has released the chart for Europe, revealing the same top selling title on the PS4: ARK: Survival Evolved, and for a second month in a row. Elsewhere, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard debuted in 10th place, and the only newcomer in the top 20. See the full charts below.
Asia’s PlayStation Plus Update for February 2017 Includes LittleBigPlanet 3 and Alienation
New content has been added for PlayStation Plus subscribers this week, which includes LittleBigPlanet 3 (PS4), Not a Hero (PS4) and four other games in Europe and North America. Asia’s update has also now gone live, and arguably includes better games that the Western update. Asia received two PS4 games in the February update, including LBP3, and Housemarque’s Alienation.
