New content is available on the European PlayStation Store today, with over 25 new PS4 games coming to the store. New games this week include The Gardens Between, Transference and PS VR title Blind. You can also find new add-on content for various games including Warface, War Thunder and Monster Hunter: World. Check out the full list of new content below.
PS4 System Software Ver. 6.00
PS4 Firmware 6.00 was officially released today, following several weeks of beta testing. However, the new update doesn’t include any major changes or new features, which is unusual for a major release as the version number would indicate. The changelog reveals only system performance improvements.
FIFA 19 Demo Available to Download from the PlayStation Store
The FIFA 19 demo is now available to download for the PS4 via the PlayStation Store. The playable demo included 10 of the biggest clubs in the world, and lets you experience the updated Kick-Off mode. FIFA 19 included the UEFA Champions League, and you’ll see this in the demo too. Finally, the demo also gives players the first look into the final chapter of The Journey: Champions.
Top PSN Sellers for August 2018 in North America
The North American PlayStation Store Charts have been released, detailing the top selling digital titles in August 2018. On the PS4, Madden NFL 19 was the top seller, followed by Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition. Fortnite Battle Royale continues to dominate the free-to-play chart, while Firewall Zero Hour was the top selling PlayStation VR title. Check out the complete list of charts below.
EU PlayStation Store Update for 11th September 2018
This week on the European PlayStation Store, you can find eighteen new PS4 games, two new PS Vita games and a whole bunch of new add-on content. New games this week include Shadow of the Tomb Raider, NBA 2K19, and NHL 19. There is plenty of new DLC available too, covering twelve different games, and includes some of this week’s new releases.
Top PSN Sellers for August 2018 in Europe
The PlayStation Store chart for August 2018 has been released, showing the top selling digital titles on the PlayStation Store. On the PS4, GTA V continues it’s top position for the second month in a row thanks to the Summer Sale. On the PS VR, Robinson: The Journey has jumped back to first from sixth position last month. EU PlayStation Store Update for 4th September 2018
The European PlayStation Store has received a massive update this week, with over 30 new PS4 games available for purchase. In addition, September’s PlayStation Plus line-up is also available to download. New games this week include V-Rally 4, Destiny 2: Forsaken, the Battlefield V Open Beta and lots more.
EA to Give Away Battlefield 1 Premium Pass for Free Next Week
To help promote the release of Battlefield V in November, EA will be giving away the premium pass for the previous title, Battlefield 1, for free next week. Between 11th and 18th September, you’ll be able to grab the DLC pass for free, which will allow you to download all the DLC for the game for free.
