New inFamous 2 Screens

The first HD screens of inFamous 2 have been released and can be found below – 22 high-res screens to be exact. You can also find the E3 2010 trailer here, in case you missed it. In inFAMOUS 2, Cole starts out as a full on superhero and only gets more and more powerful, but each decision you make affects the story more unpredictably than the previous title.
PS3 Firmware 3.40 Release Delayed Until June 29th 2010

The new Firmware update for the PS3 was scheduled to be live yesterday, but Sony has confirmed that the release is bring delayed by a week. Firmware 3.40 will now be released on June 29th 2010, the same day the PlayStation Plus subscription service is released.
New PS3 Exploit Found

A new exploit in the PS3 System Software has been found. The new exploit makes use of a vulnerability in the XMB theme feature, allowing a price of code to be executed after a theme has been installed. The PS3 theme file is able to load the loadme.fu script from any USB port.

DC Universe Online Subscription Fee Confirmed

DC Universe Online, the upcoming MMO from Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) will be heading to store on November 2nd 2010. In addition to revealing the release date, SOE also announced a subscription fee of $14.99 a month to play the game online.

PlayStation Home Has Over 14 Million Users

PlayStation Home has been incredibly successful for Sony. The service now has over 14 million users, half of which connected to the service over the past year – this is an 2 million increase from March 2010. The service now has over 300 spaces to experience and over 11,000 virtual items to collect.
E3 2010: Sony Wants to Keep the PSP Going for 10 Years

In an interview with Joystiq, John Koller, Director of Hardware Marketing at SCEA, said that the PSP will be around for 10-years. Koller stressed once again that the first PSP will have a 10-year cycle: “There is definitely a 10-year life cycle for the PSP, and maybe even more.”
