With LOVEFiLM Streaming on it way to the PlayStation 3 soon, you may be wondering what the experience will be like. LOVEFiLM have released a short promotional video showing exactly what the interface looks like and how easy it is to use. Film Fans on LOVEFiLM subscription packages of £5.99 or above will be able to stream thousands of titles via their PS3.
Last week we reported that disc-free Netflix will be arriving later this month, but now Sony has announced the you will be able to stream Netflix disc-free from next week. Starting Monday, October 18 you’ll be able to instantly watch movies and TV shows without inserting an instant streaming disc into your console.
Back at E3, Sony revealed an all-in-one Surround Sound System for the PS3 with built-in subwoofer. The device will be available to purchase next week in the U.S. and Canada. You’ll be able to enjoy immersive audio by simply placing the Surround Sound System in front of the television and connecting it to the PS3 system with the optical digital cable.
SCEA has just confirmed that Gran Turismo 5 will not make the previously announced release date of November 2nd 2010. However, Sony is expecting the game to be released sometime this year over the Holiday season. The reason for another delay was not detailed, except that development team want to make sure the game delivers the perfect racing experience.
LOVEFiLM, a leading European film subscription service, has announced a partnership with Sony to bring the service to millions of PS3 consoles across the UK. An agreement between the companies will see LOVEFiLM become an official PS3 integrated subscription film service partner.

Below we have one of the early cutscenes from the game titled “Welcome to New Marais”, which introduces Cole’s new playground. The cutscene was debuted at the Eurogamer Expo earlier this month.
PS3 owners will soon be able to do-away with the Netflix streaming disc later this month as a disc-less solution will soon be available. Sony’s Jeff Rubenstein said on the PlayStation blog that a disc-less solution will released sometime this month, but that Sony hasn’t committed to a date.
