A new Tomb Raider title was revealed in the January 2011 issue of magazine Game Informer, but if you are feeling a little nostalgic, you will be happy to know that the three previous titles are coming to the PS3. The Tomb Raider Trilogy will contain remastered HD versions of Anniversary, Legend and the final chapter Underworld.

CES 2011: Killzone 3 Story Trailer Now Available

You’ve probably already seen the gameplay trailer for Killzone 3, as well as the multiplayer trailer from GamesCom 2010. Now, meet the key players of the Killzone 3 campaign mode in this explosive new story trailer. Along with familiar faces from Killzone 2 such as Sev, Rico and Narville, you’ll find a couple of fresh ones: the resourceful female ISA member Jammer, as well as the hopeful heirs to Visari’s throne, Jorhan Stahl and Admiral Orlock.
CES 2011: Uncharted 3 Extended Trailer

Those lucky enough to be at CES 2011 today were treated to a special extended 3D trailer of Naughty Dog’s latest installment: Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. The trailer is pretty similar to the VGA trailer revealed last month, but with a few extra scenes added towards the end.
PSPgo Gets Hacked

This week, we’ve already had the discovery of the PS3 ‘root key’, but now it seems to be the PSP’s time in the hacking spotlight. Videos doing the rounds today show an ISO loader running on the previously hack-proof PSPgo. Sony’s battel with piracy on the PSP is well known, and the PSPgo was an attempt to counter the attempts.
CES 2011: PSN Has Over 60 Million Registered Users

The PlayStation Network community officially surpassed the 50 million mark last year, but a new milestone was reached this year. At CES 2011, Sony announced that the PSN has over 60 million users now using the service, up from 38 million users from last year.
First PlayStation 3 Custom Firmware Created

It’s only been a few days since the PS3 ‘root key’ was discovered and already a Custom Firmware has been created by homebrew developer KaKaRoTo. Naturally, due to legal issues, the developer has refrained from releasing the firmware to the public but has made available all the tools needed to create your own custom firmware (providing you have some coding knowledge).

PS3 “Root Key” Discovered

GeoHot is at it again! The PlayStation 3’s “Root Key” was discovered by a group of hackers last week and has been published by famed hacker GeoHot. The root key allows PS3 users to run homebrew applications without the need for dongles and devices like the PS3 Jailbreak.
New PSOne Classics Spotted on ESRB
