The Killzone 3 Open Beta is now available to download from the PlayStation Store. If you haven’t already downloaded the beta client, you are missing out! Sony has announced a new minor firmware revision for the PlayStation 3, presumably, to stop hackers from installing custom firmware and running unofficial code on the console. Firmware version v3.56 will be available to download soon. Sony’s official change log simply states: “This is a minor update that adds a security patch.”
