Atlus USA has confirmed that Persona 4 Arena will be region locked, in North America at least, which is unusual for a PS3 game. It’s currently unclear if the European version of the game will be region-locked too. The game releases in Japan later this month, with North America and Europe to follow in August.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 Delayed Until October

According to EuroGamer, first-person stealth shooter Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 has been pushed back until October, missing it’s original release date of August 21st in North America and August 24th in Europe. Publisher Namco Bandai have yet to give a reason for the delay.
The Walking Dead: Episode 3 Available Next Month

Episode 2 of The Walking Dead was released in North America back in June, and only just arrived in Europe yesterday. Telltale Games have revealed Episode 3, Long Road Ahead, will be available to download sometime in August.

At the annual Evolution Championship Series in Las Vegas last night, two new characters were unveiled for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Heihachi Mishima and Toro Inoue have been announced for the game as playable characters.

Activision has announced The Walking Dead Video Game, a new first-person shooter not to be confused with Telltale’s current game of the same name. The new game will be based on the AMC TV series, unlike Telltale’s version, which was based on the comics.

The LittleBigPlanet Karting Beta will begin next week, starting on Tuesday, July 10th 2012. Those of you lucky enough to be selected will start receiving codes in the next couple of weeks, and Sony will be sending out vouchers to more people as the test continues through to Tuesday, July 31st.
