Assassin’s Creed Anthology Coming Later this Month
Ubisoft has revealed that the Assassin’s Creed Anthologywill be releasing on the PS3 later this month. The collection is exclusive to Amazon in the UK, and includes Assassin’s Creed I, Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations and Assassin’s Creed III, plus all the DLC released for the five games.
Next Uncharted Game is Multi-Platform
The next game in the Uncharted series has been discovered on an Australian ratings website. The game, dubbed “Uncharted: Fight For Fortune”, is listed as a multi-platform title, but doesn’t specify which platforms the title is being developed for. A multip-platform release is something new for the series, which was always a PS3 or PS Vita title.
Racing Sale Coming to PlayStation Store Today
Racing fans have a lot to look forward to over the next two weeks as SCEE launches the Racing Games sale on the PlayStation Store later today. Gamers will be able to get discounts on great racing titles and DLC for games including ModNation Racers, DiRT Showdown, and Driver San Francisco.
LittleBigPlanet Karting Launch Trailer
LittleBigPlanet Karting is starting to roll out this week across the world, starting with North America, where the game was released today. Developers United Front Games and Sony San Diego Studio have released the game’s official launch trailer for the game (see below).
Devil May Cry Special Edition Confirmed by Capcom
Capcom has revealed a special edition of Devil May Cry for North America and Europe, titled “Son of Sparda”. The special edition is exclusive to GameStop stores, and includes Dante’s necklace and the Samurai DLC pack (see image below). The special edition will be available for both the PS3 and Xbox 360, with a retail price of £59.99.
US PlayStation Plus Update for November 2012
New PlayStation Plus content goes live in North America later today, bringing Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition to the Instant Game Collection, along with discounts on a number of new titles. When Vikings Attack launches in the North America this week too, and Plus subscribers can get 30% off the title, which is also cross-buy compatible – giving you the PS3 and PS Vita version for one price.
THQ Announce Delays to Three Titles
THQ has announced delays to three of their big titles, following the release of the company’s Q2 financial earnings report. The company has revealed that Company of Heroes 2, Metro: Last Light and South Park: The Stick of Truth have all been delayed and will be releasing in “early fiscal 2014”, which means April 2013 at the earliest.
New PlayStation Store Now Available in North America
Late last week, and over the weekend, Sony began rolling out the new PlayStation Store across America for the PS3. The updated PlayStation Store is now available in United States, Canada, Brazil and Mexico, after the original launch was delayed. The updated store has improved navigation, better search and more.
Russian PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Trailer
This Russian PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale trailer is pretty awesome, compared to the trailers shows in other countries. The trailer promotes the cross-play features of the game with players dressed-up as their in-game counterparts. The game releases later this month across Europe and North America.
