Bethesda has released the first update for Doom, adding a few new features to the game, along with plenty of bug fixes. Among the new features is “Photo Mode”, which is available in Campaign mode. There are plenty of bug fixes for both the single-player and multiplayer modes, including weapon balancing, trophy glitchs, and the more important game crashes. The update notes can be found below.

LittleBigPlanet’s Japan Servers Being Closed Next Month
Sony Japan has revealed that the online servers for LittleBigPlanet will be closing at the end of July 2016, rendering the online portion of all LittleBigPlanet games useless. The server closure will affect all LBP games including LBP, LBP2, LBP3, LBP Karting, Portable & Vita, affecting the PS3, PS4 and PS Vita games.
Uncharted 4 Lost Treasures DLC and Patch v1.08 Now Available
Naughty Dog has released the first multiplayer DLC for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, along with game update v1.08. The update include a Level System, and entirely new Rank system with exclusive rewards for multiplayer gamers. The update weights in at a massive 1.3 GB, and can be downloaded now. The DOC is available for purchase via the PlayStation Store.
PlayStation Plus Games for July 2016 Revealed
Sony has revealed the free PlayStation Plus games joining the Instant Game Collection in July 2016. The games will be available to download from 5th July, and includes Saints Row: Gat out of Hell (PS4) and Fat Princess (PS3). As an added benefit this month, PS Plus subscribers can get early access to Paragon, the new MOBA from legendary developer Epic Games.
PS4 Pass 40 Million Units Mark, PlayStation Plus Reach 21 Million Subscribers
Sony has revealed the latest figures for its PlayStation business, showing that the PS4 had some more than 40 million units world wide as of March 31, 2016. The PS4 remains the fastest selling console in PlayStation history. The PS4 has in turn helped Sony reach almost 21 million PlayStation Plus subscribers.
Ustream Support on PlayStation to End on 1st August 2016
Sony has announced that it will be terminating support for streaming service Ustream on 1st August 2016 for the PS4 and Live with PlayStation App. It means that you will no longer be able to live stream your gameplay to the service, or watch other gamers’ live streams. Gamers will need to switch to one of the other alternatives: Twitch or YouTube.
Batman: Return to Arkham Delayed Until Further Notice
WB Games has revealed that Batman: Return to Arkham has been delayed, with no new release date or window. The delay is to allow the team at Virtuous Games “additional time to deliver a polished Batman Arkham game experience.” A new release date for the game will be revealed when the game is near ready. The game was originally expected to launch in July 2016.
Clementine and ‘The Walking Dead’ Returning in Autumn 2016
A sneak peek video of Season 3 of The Walking Dead was revealed at E3, and now Telltale Games has revealed that Season 3 will be starting in Autumn 2016. Like the previous seasons, Clementine returns and will play a key role in the game, but she won’t be the sole focus of the game. A new character, Javier, will share the limelight with Clem in the new season.
PlayStation Plus Open Weekend Starts on Friday, 24th June 2016
Sony is opening up PS4 online multiplayer for free, this weekend, for a limited time. If you don’t already have a PlayStation Plus subscription, you can go online and play with friends between 10:00am BST on 24th June until 10:00am BST 27th June 2016. During this time, PS4 multiplayer will be completely free.
Rocket League Update v1.19 Detailed
