We’re a bit late in publishing the US PlayStation Store chart but here it is anyway. In March, the top selling PS4 game was Far Cry 5. The previous number one, Monster Hunter: World, dropped way down the chart into 9th place. On the PS VR, Moss was the top selling title, which managed to climb up the chart since last month’s 7th place debut.

PAL PlayStation Store Chart for March 2018
The PlayStation Store charts for Europe have been revealed, revealing the top selling titles in April 2018 in Europe. The PS4 has two strong debuts last month, with new release Far Cry 5 topping the chart, followed by another newcomer A Way Out.
Spyro: Reignited Trilogy Announced for PS4
20 years since the first Spyro game was released on the PlayStation, the purple dragon is making a return with Spyro Regnited Trilogy for the PS4. The original PlayStation games will be remastered with high-def graphics, improved controls and a host of improvements.
PlayStation Plus Line-up for April 2018 Revealed
Sony has announced the line-up of games coming to PlayStation Plus in April 2018. The new games will be available to download after the long Easter weekend, from 3rd April 2018. On the PS4, you can look forward to Mad Max and Trackmania Turbo.
PlayStation VR Starter Pack Gets Global Price Cut Starting Tomorrow
A press release from Sony has just revealed that the PlayStation VR Starter Pack is getting a global price cut starting from 29th March 2018. The bundle, which had a retail price of £349.99 / €399.99 / $399.99 is dropping to just £259.99 / €299.99 / $299.99. The Starter Pack includes the VR headset, the PlayStation Camera and PlayStation VR Worlds game as a PSN code.
Detroit: Become Human Gets Three New Character Trailers
Three new trailers for Detroit: Become Human has been released, focusing on the three android in the game: Connor, Markus and Kara. The game will revolve around these three characters, each of whom have their own separate stories with some crossovers.
PixelJunk Monster 2 Announced
Spike Chunsoft and Q-Games have announced a sequel for the PS3 tower game PixelJunk Monsters, over a decade after the original. The game will be releasing on the PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC on 25th May 2018, and will be priced at $14.99. A trailer for the game has been released too.
God of War has gone Gold
God of War for PS4 has reached an important milestone – the game has gone “gold”, which means development on the game is complete, and the manufacturing and shipping process can begin. It also means that the release date of the game is now fixed as 20th April 2018, with a very small chance of any delays.
Hitman Episode 2 Free for a Limited Time on PlayStation Store
IO Interactive has released the Hitman Spring Pack for free for a limited time only, and is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The pack includes the entire Sapienza location with main story missions, 7 trophies to unlock and more content, but is only until 3rd April 2018.
Omega Labyrinth Z Banned in the UK
PS4 game Omega Labyrinth Z has been refused a rating in the UK – the first game to be banned in the UK since 2008. The Video Standards Council rejected the dungeon-crawler game as it “promotes the sexualisation of children.” Without a rating, it’s illegal to sell a physical copy of the game in the UK.
