Following the PlayStation Network downtime in early February, Sony has now begun issuing compensation to PlayStation Plus subscribers. The downtime, which lasted almost 24 hours, has resulted in compensation of five extra days to your PlayStation Plus subscription.
PlayStation Plus subscribers with active subscriptions will find their expiry/renewal dates extended by five days.

This change is also visible within the subscriber’s PSN account transaction history, found via the PlayStation Store’s account settings or the PS App.

Sony previously announced the compensation in an X post. It remains unclear whether gamers with now expired subscriptions, but who had an active subscription when the downtime occurred, have received the five free days.
