PlayStation VR2 Adapter for PC Launching August 2024

Sony is launching a PS VR2 PC adapter that will allow owners to use their headset to play VR games on their PC. Players will have access to buy and play Steam’s expansive library of thousands of VR games.

The adapter will be available from 7th August 2024 and will cost  $59.99 / €59.99 / £49.99. Players will also need a commercially available DisplayPort cable (sold separately) that is compatible with DisplayPort 1.4.

The catch is that not all the PS VR2 features will work on PC. These include HDR, headset feedback, eye tracking, adaptive triggers, and haptic feedback. The PS VR2 headset will be able to support the following depending on the game:
