Sony has announced that the next State of Play broadcast will be taking place this week, on Wednesday, 27th May at 9pm BST / 10pm CEST. The Last of Us Part II will be the subject of the broadcast, which will last for approximately 25 minutes.
Neil Druckermann, Director for The Last of Us Part II, will talk about the game in the broadcast, providing an extensive look at the gameplay, threats, and world of the game ahead of its release on 19th June on PS4.
The broadcast will also show a never-before-seen extended gameplay sequence to close out the show. Sony has also confirmed that there “won’t be any PS5 news or updates in this episode, just a deep dive into the world of The Last of Us Part II.”
Earlier last week, a new video on The Last of Us Part II was released, taking a look behind the scenes and focusing on new systems and changes to gameplay.
