Naughty Dog have announced that the multiplayer servers for the PS3 versions of Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3, The Last of Us, and The Last of Us Left Behind will be shut down. It’s been almost 10 years since Uncharted 2 was first released on the PS3.
The servers will close on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019, so you still have a few months to make the most of the games.
The good news is that all the multiplayer DLC for the four affected games will be completely free to download between now and September. Head over to the PlayStation Store and download the DLC bundles, which will contain all the gameplay and vanity items.
All three Uncharted games and The Last of Us have been ported to PS4 and the servers for those games will remain online for the foreseeable future.
