Quantic Dream’s newest game, Detroit: Become Human, now has an official release date. After spending years in development, the game will be releasing on PS4 on 25th May 2018, and follows the story of three androids. The game is somewhat controversial as it deals with sensitive topics that some people may consider inappropriate or taboo for video games.
The three androids are machines designed to obey, but start to feel emotions. Confronted with persecution and the violence of society, they will all have to decide who they want to be. As the player, you get to control all three androids in turn, taking control of their destinies, and telling not only their individual stories, but also the story of their people and of their world.
David Cage has the following comment to make about the game on the PlayStation.Blog:

We have also imagined a new way of playing a story entirely based on direct game play: discover the unique features of androids, be in the shoes of an investigator, chase deviants on rooftops, interrogate suspects, fight, all in direct control and in the context of a complex story where any of your choices may have consequences…
The last trailer for the game was released last year during Paris Games Week:
