A forum post on LittleBigPlanet Central has revealed that the LittleBigPlanet 3 private beta will be starting next month, with invites going out over the next couple of weeks. MediaMolecule have hand-picked a small number of gamers from the LBP community to take part in the beta, and will be receiving messages to their LBP Central inbox.
Please be aware that space for this Private Beta is incredibly limited and only a small number of gamers will actually receive an invitation. However, as with past LBP games, a larger beta will be available closer to the game’s launch, where more gamers will get a change to try out the game and meet Sackboy’s new buddies.
It’s unclear which platform the beta will be available on, but the game is scheduled for release in November of this year on both the PS3 and PS4. Depending on the terms of the beta, you may start seeing live streams and videos of the game appear on Twitch and UStream.
